**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them on **UG/PG courses**.
- Provide detailed course information and career guidance.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission progress.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to enhance sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales, telesales, or academic counseling.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
