  • Lead generation and engagement: Contacting qualified leads, which may involve cold calling to generate interest.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through consistent communication.
  • Product demonstration: Presenting products or services virtually to prospective buyers via phone, email, or video conferencing.
  • Deal closing: Negotiating and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Data management: Accurately tracking leads, sales activities, and customer information in a CRM system.
  • Market research: Staying updated on competitor products and market trends.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for effective remote interaction.
  • Persuasion and negotiation: The ability to convince prospects and negotiate favorable terms is a core requirement.
  • Listening: Strong listening skills are needed to understand customer needs and ask the right questions.
