**Description**:
Results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in **Uttar Pradesh - Eastern Region** India. Utilizes product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue and market share increase.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in **Uttar Pradesh - Eastern Region**:
- New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
**Education and Experience**
- Minimum Graduation
- He should have an experience of **5 -10 years** in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps **(Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)**
