**Job Summary**

As a **Marketing & Sales Executive**, you will develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns and drive business growth.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth**: Identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals to meet monthly sales goals.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine approaches.
- **Reporting**: Track sales performance, campaign ROI, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales/marketing (freshers with strong drive may apply).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Mindset**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
