Pan Asian Chef de Partie (CDP)
**Position Overview**: The Pan Asian CDP at F TV Lounge & Club is responsible for preparing and managing dishes from across Asia, including Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines. This role involves menu execution, ingredient control, and delivering dishes in accordance with brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute high-quality dishes from Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and ready for service.
- Train and guide junior chefs in Pan Asian cooking techniques.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of food production.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience in Pan Asian cuisine.
- Expertise in sushi, curries, dim sum, and stir-fry techniques.
- Passion for authentic Asian flavors and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
