**Key Responsibilities**:
Training & New Hire Evaluation:

- Conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees on sales processes, workflows, and other business operations.
- Assess new joiners' performance during the training period and provide feedback on their suitability for the company.
- Ensure employees understand and adhere to the company's SOPs and compliance standards.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and SOP documentation.
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on performance analysis and process updates.

Quality Audits & Process Monitoring:

- Monitor and audit telesales call recordings to analyze quality, adherence to sales scripts, and customer handling.
- Identify gaps in sales communication, compliance, or process execution and provide corrective feedback.
- Audit other business processes to ensure compliance with company SOPs and workflow standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain audit reports to highlight areas of improvement.
- Work closely with team leaders and management to implement process improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
