Trainer Microfinance

**Bandhan Skill Development Center** is currently looking for **Facilitator/Trainer of Micro-Finance **with the proper knowledge of finance and insurance and hand on experience on micro-finance.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- As a trainer, you will develop and deliver training to our students.

**Job Requirements**:

- This role is primarily responsible for the management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization
- Having knowledge about the Banking and Insurance and, Financial Planning, Capital markets etc.
- Design, develop and deliver training programs.
- Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements
- Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all our students. Also, to evaluate the effectiveness and identify the re-training needs
- Interact with teams in scheduling training activities
- Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures in training sessions

Pay: ₹10,099.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
