**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled **Process Trainer** to join our team in Noida. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring that they adhere to the company's processes, procedures, and best practices. This position will involve working in **rotational shifts** with **rotational days off** and requires a hands-on approach to employee coaching and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Design and Development**:

- Design and develop process training programs and materials, ensuring that training content aligns with company policies and goals.
- Customize training materials for different shifts and employee groups.
- **Process Training and Onboarding**:

- Conduct initial and ongoing training for new hires, ensuring they understand and follow operational processes, workflows, and customer service standards.
- Train employees on specific process areas (e.g., customer support, troubleshooting, internal systems) based on business needs.
- **Monitor and Evaluate Trainee Performance**:

- Assess employees’ understanding and performance throughout the training period using practical tests, quizzes, and feedback.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure that employees are meeting performance expectations.
- Organize refresher training and address any gaps in knowledge or performance.
- **Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement**:

- Ensure that employees maintain high service quality, following the process guidelines and performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and improve training methods based on employee performance and feedback.
- Stay up to date with changes in process or technology and adapt training materials accordingly.
- **Individual Coaching and Development**:

- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees who need additional support in specific process areas.
- Develop personalized improvement plans for employees based on performance evaluations.
- **Shift Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Manage training schedules and accommodate the rotational shift requirements of employees.
- Ensure smooth execution of training during different shifts and for employees on various days off.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee progress, and assessments.
- Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes, challenges, and employee development for management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the team leads, HR, and management to understand process changes and integrate them into training content.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that training aligns with performance goals and quality standards.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Training and Development (desirable).
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in process training, voice support, or a similar domain.
- Experience working with rotational shifts and managing shift-based training schedules is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with training tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS) and tracking employee progress.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with trainees and the team.
- Patience and empathy to address employee concerns and challenges.
- Ability to adapt training approaches for diverse learning styles.

**Work Environment and Conditions**:

- **Shift Type**: Rotational Shifts (morning, evening, night).
- **Workdays**: 6 Days a Week with rotational off days.
- **Location**:Indore, with flexibility to work from the office.
