This is a remote position.

**Key Responsibilities***:
**Positioning & Messaging***:

- Support persona development and craft clear problem-impact-solution messaging.
- Develop and maintain value propositions and positioning for assigned products.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, content, and sales materials.

**GTM & Campaign Support***:

- Assist in planning and executing product launches and GTM campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of website content, collateral, and other product marketing assets.
- Collaborate on video and webinar content tied to product launches.
- Write and refine prompts for Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate content creation.

**Market & Competitive Insights***:

- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and GTM strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to shape messaging and campaigns.

**Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration***:

- Partner with Sales to create and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, and other enablement materials.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, product experts, and customers to gather insights and inform strategy.
- Act as a connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment.

**Measurement & Reporting***:

- Track the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and report on impact.
- Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and content based on insights.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications***:

- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of persona development, value propositions, and solution-focused messaging.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SaaS, public safety, or another B2B technology industry.
- Exposure to competitive research or market analysis.
