The Marketing Coordinator is a key player on our marketing team, responsible for executing and supporting a wide range of marketing activities to achieve business objectives. This role involves assisting with the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management: Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

* Content Creation & Management: Support the creation of engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

* Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and target audiences.

* Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimizations.

* Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and logistics of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

* Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and inventories of promotional materials. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.

* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing concepts and tools.

* Experience with social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic analytics tools.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and project management abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software (a plus)
