We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Event Coordinator with a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing marketing events on a global scale. This role is crucial for enhancing KKBC's brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners across various international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Global Event Strategy & Planning**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales operations team to define global event objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop comprehensive event strategies and timelines for a variety of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, workshops, client appreciation events, and internal company gatherings.
- Research and identify relevant global events and opportunities that align with KKBC's strategic goals and target markets.
- Conduct feasibility studies for international locations, considering logístical, cultural, and regulatory factors.
- **End-to-End Event Execution**:
- Oversee the development and production of event collateral, presentations, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of all event-related assets.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Lead on-site and virtual event management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning or execution phases.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Implement strategies to maximize lead generation and attendee engagement before, during, and after events.
- **Stakeholder Management & Communication**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry associations globally.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, internally and externally.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on event progress, performance, and outcomes.
- **Post-Event Analysis & Reporting**:
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from attendees and internal teams.
- Analyze event performance against defined KPIs, including lead generation, ROI, and brand sentiment.
- Prepare comprehensive post-event reports with insights, recommendations, and best practices for future events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing event coordination with a significant focus on global or international events.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events, including large-scale conferences, trade shows, and virtual summits.
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and business etiquette across different regions (e.g., APAC, EMEA, North America).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Zoom Events, Hopin) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience with virtual event platforms and technologies.
