Influencer Outreach & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Outreach & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and building strong relationships with influencers across different platforms. They will negotiate collaborations, close sales deals, and ensure successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
  • Initiate and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas and negotiate deals that align with brand objectives and budgets.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to closing sales and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and competitive activities.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or sales/business development ( Experienced in pharma product mostly preferred )
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently .

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong networking skills and established influencer connections (a plus).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
