**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented **Influencer Marketer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions. You will collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other marketing teams to establish impactful partnerships that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research & Outreach**: Identify, engage, and build relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.) to support brand initiatives.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that promotes the brand in a genuine and creative way.
- **Negotiation & Contracts**: Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and contracts with influencers, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools and metrics to measure ROI, engagement, and overall success.
- **Brand Awareness & Growth**: Work to increase brand visibility and reach through influencer partnerships, maximizing exposure to new and relevant audiences.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keep up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and industry best practices to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, social media, and PR teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver innovative influencer campaigns.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Traackr, Influencity).
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and integrating influencer campaigns with ads.
- Experience working with both macro and micro-influencers across various niches.
