Role Overview

As our Marketing Intern – Influencer Relations, you'll spearhead influencer discovery and outreach, serving as a vital liaison between external creators and internal stakeholders. This flexible role allows you to work independently, manage your schedule, and contribute strategically to marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery & Research Identify and evaluate influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand's values, aesthetics, and audience. Maintain an influencer database with essential metrics like engagement, niche, and reach.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building Initiate contact through email, DMs, or messaging, fostering positive and professional relationships. Share campaign briefs, compensation details, and align expectations.
  • Internal Coordination & Handoff Serve as the bridge between influencers and internal teams—marketing, creative, or product—ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and clarity on both sides.
  • Basic Campaign Support Support influencer-driven campaigns from ideation through execution: review content for brand fit, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with guidelines.
  • Monitoring & Reporting Track campaign progress using basic performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI) and assist in compiling summary reports or insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay On Trend Keep updated on platform updates, rising creators, and industry best practices, bringing ideas and awareness to support creative outreach.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in influencer outreach or related roles—could include internships, creator collaborations, or relevant marketing tasks. Familiarity with influencer tools or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft concise, persuasive messages.
  • Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
  • Social media savvy across platforms—and awareness of influencer culture/trends.
  • Self-starter with flexibility to manage time and tasks independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
