Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll help build Bioleather's presence by collaborating with designers, sustainability advocates, creators, and brands across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You'll be responsible for identifying the right influencers, managing outreach campaigns, and building partnerships that amplify Bioleather's story and impact.

This role is perfect for a social-savvy, organized, and creative individual who enjoys networking and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant influencers in sustainability, fashion, and design niches (India, UK, USA markets).
  • Draft outreach messages and manage influencer communication through email and social media.
  • Maintain a database of influencers, campaign performance, and collaboration details.
  • Assist in planning influencer campaigns — from product gifting to UGC collaborations.
  • Coordinate swatch card or yardage dispatch for selected influencer partners.
  • Track influencer posts, content performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and social media team for campaign alignment.
  • Support creation of creative briefs and campaign reports.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media, branding, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok trends.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (English proficiency required).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple influencer conversations.
  • Prior experience in influencer or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability or eco-friendly innovation is highly valued.
