Job Description

TikShark is looking for a sharp, motivated individual who wants to start a career as an Influencer Marketer who can talk confidently, convince influencers, manage collaborations and potentially grow into a full-time role with us The job is simple and perfect for someone who enjoys social media and communicating with creators.

What You'll Do (The Role)

Your main goal is to find, recruit, and manage content creators for our brand campaigns.

  • Communicate & Persuade: You will be the primary contact for influencers. You must be good at talking and writing (communication is vital) and be very convincing to bring creators onto our projects.
  • Be Versatile: Quickly adapt to new tasks, clients, types of influencers, and social media platforms.
  • Campaign Support: Help manage the day-to-day details of our campaigns, ensuring creators deliver content on time.
  • Scouting Talent: Continuously look for new and rising content creators who match our client needs.

We Are Looking For (Your Skills)

  • Communication Star: Must be excellent at both spoken and written English/Hindi.
  • Persuasion Power: You know how to be polite, professional, and convincing to close a partnership deal.
  • Influencer Interest: Prior experience in influencer marketing is a big plus
  • A Creator Yourself? If you manage your own social media page or have experience creating content, that is a MAJOR bonus point

AI Advantage (BIG PLUS POINT)

You should know how to use AI tools to speed up creative and analytical tasks.

  • Prompt Writing: You must be able to write a clear, good prompt (a detailed instruction) for AI to generate creative ideas, captions, or summaries.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, or Canva AI is a strong advantage. These tools help find the best influencers and create better content faster.

Job & Growth Details

  • Location: Work From Home (Remote)
  • Hiring Preferences: Candidates from Delhi/NCR are preferred, but we are open to strong candidates PAN India.
  • Stipend/Salary: Up to ₹5,000 per month (This is a starting stipend during the training).
  • Growth Opportunity: This is a Trainee Role with the potential to convert to a Full-Time Employee role with a significantly higher salary and benefits after a successful initial performance period (e.g., 3-6 months).

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1, ₹5,000.00 per month
