
Sales & Marketing Coordinator

OPTASY Inc. is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts and helping our company achieve its growth objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives, coordinate marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and track and report on key performance indicators.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the development and execution of sales and marketing plans
- Manage and update company website content
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to sales and marketing efforts
- Support the sales team with lead generation and lead nurturing activities
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and trade shows
- Coordinate and track customer satisfaction surveys
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**:
