Role Introduction

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Product Operations Manager to act as a deputy and operational partner to our Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role will take ownership of the operational execution of our Product Operations function, ensuring that our Creative, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams are aligned, resourced, and delivering against business goals.

You will serve as the operational backbone of the department, helping turn strategic direction into action, streamlining processes, managing team performance, and ensuring the seamless delivery of client and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong project operator, cross-functional collaborator, and passionate about optimizing how teams work.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Execution & Support for CPO

  • Serve as the primary operations lead supporting the CPO in managing day-to-day functions across Creative, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Translate strategic initiatives and directives from the CPO into actionable plans, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Prepare materials, reports, and updates for executive reviews, client meetings, and internal planning sessions.

2. Cross-Functional Team Management

  • Coordinate and align project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and creative initiatives.
  • Monitor workloads, capacity, and performance metrics for each sub-team; escalate and resolve resource constraints.
  • Standardize processes and documentation to improve delivery speed, reduce errors, and boost team productivity.

3. Project & Workflow Oversight

  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and post-project analysis.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance across all client deliverables and internal marketing projects.
  • Implement project management tools and reporting dashboards to increase team transparency and accountability.

4. Quality, Performance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain high standards across all outputs; conduct regular audits and reviews to identify process gaps or quality concerns.
  • Define and track KPIs for operational effectiveness and team output.
  • Propose and implement operational improvements based on data and feedback.

5. Internal & External Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Support the CPO in vendor evaluations and performance monitoring.
  • Build communication processes that keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and empowered.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level management with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a proven track record in managing agency operations teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing).
  • Bachelor's i.e, Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Applications, Business, Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing functions: Digital (SEO, SEM, social, email), Media (paid, earned, events), and Creative (localization, content, branding).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate clearly across stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency in project and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, , Trello), Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and producing operational reports.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude, with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85, ₹91,667.00 per month
