
Executive Assistant to The Chairman

**Role Overview**:
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Chairman’s office. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with hospital leadership and departments to ensure timely communication.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration for board meetings and other critical events.
- **Meeting and Event Management**:
- Organize and manage board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and engagements as required.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage legal and compliance documents as directed by the Chairman.
- **Operational Oversight**:
- Monitor key projects and initiatives, providing updates and insights to the Chairman.
- Support strategic planning by conducting research and compiling data.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
