**Job Summary**:
An Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the senior management, facilitating communication between different departments, and managing the office's day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the senior management’s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and ensure that information is properly disseminated throughout the organization.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Maintain records of follow-ups of existing clients and leads being handled by senior management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Master’s/bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
