About the Role:
We are looking for highly organized and proactive Personal Assistants to the Director who can provide comprehensive executive support and ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day activities. Candidates with a civil or infrastructure background will be preferred (not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meetings.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Track progress of ongoing projects, prepare MIS reports, and highlight key updates.
- Act as a point of contact between Director and teams/vendors/clients.
- Ensure smooth workflow and prioritization of tasks in alignment with Directors agenda.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Civil/Infrastructure background preferred but not mandatory).
- 7-10 years of proven experience as an EA/PA to senior management or Director.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
