About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support the General Secretary of Kalyanam Karoti, Mathura. The role involves traveling with the General Secretary, maintaining accurate records of meetings with dignitaries and stakeholders, and providing active assistance in coordinating office and field tasks related to the organization's mission of raising funds and strengthening partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany the General Secretary during official visits, meetings, and events.
  • Record minutes, action points, and key outcomes from meetings with dignitaries, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in follow-ups, drafting communications, and ensuring timely execution of commitments made during meetings.
  • Coordinate with the General Secretary's office team to align schedules, tasks, and priorities.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support during official trips and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and donor-related information.
  • Support in networking and relationship management with donors, partners, and well-wishers of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently with the General Secretary.
  • Professional demeanor with ability to interact confidently with dignitaries and donors.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in coordination, donor relations, or executive assistance.
  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector and social development issues.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to the mission of Kalyanam Karoti.
