
Sales and Marketing Executive- Solar Products and

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Products and Modules Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our solar energy products, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other related systems. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the effective distribution of our solar products and modules to both residential and commercial clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the solar products and modules market.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including solar installers, distributors, and end-users.
- Provide expert knowledge of solar products to clients and offer tailored solutions to meet their energy needs.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers at all levels of customer organizations to secure new contracts and expand sales.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, goals, and budgets.
- Track and report on sales performance against targets, analyzing trends and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in solar products and technology.
- Offer technical support to customers and resolve any product-related queries or issues.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Lead negotiations with clients and distributors, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
- Close sales deals and manage contracts, ensuring that both company and customer expectations are met.
- **Marketing and Branding Support**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and campaigns to raise awareness of solar products.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company’s products and establish connections within the industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
