Responsibility:
Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Leadership:
Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and provide customized solar solutions aligning with their needs.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations; negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with design, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and digital platforms.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver impactful product and solution presentations to potential customers.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or related field; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of proven experience in Solar Sales, preferably in Renewable Energy industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
