**Job Summary**: The Marketing and Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and effective branding techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**:

- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote SANKALP Group’s projects and services.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.

**Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for SANKALP Group.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.

**Event Planning and Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.

**Public Relations and Media Relations**:

- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
