**Experience**
**-8 years of experience in brand strategy, ideally within an in-house marketing or agency environment.**
**-Strong background in developing and executing brand positioning, digital strategy, and brand architecture.Leadership**
**-Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and delivery of high-quality brand work.**
**-Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a creative,**
**high-performance culture.Strategic Thinking**
**-Ability to think both creatively and strategically, understanding how to align big-picture vision with practical, measurable outcomes.**
**-Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine strategies.Communication & Presentation**
**-Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and leadership.**
**-Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that capture the essence of the brand. Collaboration**
**-A true team player, able to collaborate across all levels of the organization and inspire others to elevate their work.**
**-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.**
**Passion for Branding**
**-A deep passion for branding and marketing, with a strong desire to have a lasting impacton our company’s success.Other Skills**
