Brand Strategist – Mavendoer (Remote, India) Mavendoer is looking for an experienced and creative Brand Strategist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands brand building inside and out — from positioning and messaging to creative strategy and digital communication. As a Brand Strategist, you will help shape identities for multiple brands, guide their storytelling, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver meaningful, consistent, and insight-driven brand experiences. Remote (India) ✨ 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing / creative agency (must) Full-time Apply here: ✅ Responsibilities Develop and execute clear brand strategies aligned with client goals. Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor positioning. Build brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines. Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Plan campaign storylines, content pillars, and creative direction. Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights and data. Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce the brand vision across touchpoints. Support the development of digital campaigns, launches, and content strategies. Manage brand collaborations and opportunities to expand visibility. ✅ Requirements Minimum 4+ years of brand strategy experience in a digital marketing or creative agency (mandatory). Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and communication frameworks. Experience with market research and consumer insight analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to transform insights into strategy and concepts. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with designers, content teams, and marketing teams. Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Basic understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and trends.
