Job Description for Creative Strategist
Position: Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)
Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes digital marketing, especially
craft persuasive ad copies, conceptualize creative strategies, and keep a pulse on emerging
trends to help drive our brand’s growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on
creation of impactful ads and campaign assets, making it a key part of our marketing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-backed ad strategies with a focus on
Facebook Ads Manager.
- Creative Production: Collaborate with the design and video editing teams to produce
scroll-stopping ads, with some hands-on involvement in copywriting and basic video
editing.
- Copywriting and Content: Write compelling ad copies that convey the brand message
effectively and prompt user engagement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and creative
techniques.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze ad performance data, adjust strategies, and
optimize creatives to meet campaign KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and performance-driven creatives.
- Strong understanding of video production, editing basics, and ad copywriting.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt creatives accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, stay on top of trends, and think strategically.
- A keen sense for detail, quality, and brand consistency.
This role is for someone who is adaptable, eager to experiment, and thrives in a fast-paced
creative environment.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
