**Job Summary**:
Brand Strategist at [The Otherside], you will play a key role in crafting compelling brand strategies for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and account management to ensure brand consistency across all channels. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, conducting research, and delivering actionable insights to help position brands uniquely in their markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with client goals and market opportunities.
- Define the brand's vision, mission, values, positioning, and personality for clients.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business needs and providing brand-related solutions.
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand competitive landscapes, customer insights, and emerging trends.
- Partner with creative teams to translate brand strategies into engaging, on-brand content and campaigns.
- Conduct brand audits to assess the effectiveness of current brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensure cohesive brand experiences across all client channels, including customer experience, product packaging, and advertising.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Any degree.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related field, ideally in an agency environment.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
