We are hiring **CRM - Customer support executive** for our client for Mumbai location.

**Job Location**:Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

**Job Type**:Full Time/ Regular/ Permanent.

**Work from office only | Day Shift Only**

**Roles Responsibilities**:

- To help the Customer with any issues they are facing with our products in installation or working of the product
- Helping the customer over video call / call to resolve their issue, technical training will be provided by us to make the person well versed with our products
- Keeping a tracking on the ongoing customer supports which are pending and making sure there are no escalations
- Working with our third-party installation agency to provide required installation support to certain customers

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Should be well versed with English and Hindi language as our customers are from across India and hence, we need strong communication
- Person should be polite, as it requires a lot of patience in handling the high profile customers and their issues
- Should be willing to learn about the product and its technicalities as some knowledge of that is needed to provide the required customer support

**Salary**: ₹9,519.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
