**1. Order Processing & Invoicing**

Process online orders from various e-commerce platforms ( Whatsapp, website)

Generate invoices and ensure all order details are accurate.

Coordinate with the finance team for billing and payment verification.

**2. Customer Communication & Support**

Handle customer queries related to shipping, order status, and returns.

Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays with logistics partners.

**3. Inventory & Data Management**

Maintain records of orders, returns, and inventory updates.

Monitor stock levels

**4. Social Media Management**

Content posting on Facebook, whatsapp groups, instagram, linked in & Handle all social media accounts.

**5. generate leads through calling**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
