About Us

We are a growing FMCG startup focused on bringing high-quality, natural food products to customers through both online and offline channels. We're looking for a passionate and organized Online Store Manager to handle our e-commerce presence and boost our online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our online store (company website + marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • List new products with proper descriptions, pricing, keywords, and images
  • Process and track customer orders; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
  • Monitor product performance, ratings, and reviews
  • Execute product boosts, offers, and basic promotional campaigns
  • Maintain product catalog accuracy and inventory updates
  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams for promotions
  • Prepare basic sales and performance reports for management

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment
