Responsibilities
- **Prepare food**: Follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients, and chop, slice, and season food
- **Maintain kitchen**: Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash
- **Ensure food safety**: Check the quality of ingredients, prevent cross-contamination, and comply with sanitation regulations
- **Manage food storage**: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure food is stored properly
- **Communicate**: Liaise with wait staff and management, and inform wait staff about daily specials
- **Train staff**: Train kitchen hands or apprentices
- **Adjust recipes**: Adjust recipes to meet special dietary requirements
- **Present food**: Ensure dishes are presented attractively and garnished

**Skills**:

- Understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for cooking

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
