**1. Website & Platform Management**
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product categorization and stock availability online.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with the tech team to fix issues promptly.

**2. Order & Inventory Management**
- Oversee daily online orders — from placement to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.

**3. Digital Marketing Support**
- Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates.

**4. Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing online sales.

**5. Customer Experience & Support**
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through online platforms.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
