**Job Overview**:
As a **Performance Marketer**, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI through paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. You’ll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to ensure performance metrics are met, delivering impactful results for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI) to ensure campaign success.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ads to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role.
- Expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to create and manage budgets while maximizing ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic search marketing.
