E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Executive, responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and managing all aspects. Your expertise in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement will play a vital role in optimizing our performance on the and achieving our sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Products Management
- Create and Manage all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Regularly update product information, pricing, inventory levels, and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.

2. Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
- Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, relevant keywords, and high-quality images to attract and engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and updates to identify new opportunities for growth.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools and data to monitor and evaluate the performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets.

4. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized support and engaging with customers through messages and reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing an online store, marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using online tools and familiarity with online policies and guidelines.
- Solid knowledge of content writing, SEO, and online marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
