Admissions Counselor

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote university courses through **online and offline marketing** initiatives.
- Handle **student counseling** for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Organize and participate in **education fairs, school visits, and promotional events** in and around Roorkee.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
- **Minimum 2-3 years** of experience in **education counseling** and **marketing**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of higher education processes, university tie-ups, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Must be **based in Roorkee** or willing to relocate.
