Location Roorkee Uttarakhand Company Unbounded Learning Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor with strong marketing knowledge and proven experience in student counseling for higher education The candidate will be responsible for promoting Phonics University Dehradun programs guiding prospective students and ensuring successful admissions Key Responsibilities Promote university courses through online and offline marketing initiatives Handle student counseling for undergraduate and postgraduate programs Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students and parents Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions Organize and participate in education fairs school visits and promotional events in and around Roorkee Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and other stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s degree Master s preferred in any discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education counseling and marketing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of higher education processes university tie-ups and lead generation Ability to work independently and achieve targets Must be based in Roorkee or willing to relocate Salary Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards Incentives based on admissions and performance Opportunity to work closely with a reputed university brand To Apply Send your CV to hr unboundedlearning in Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
