Ecommerce Executive Trainee

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a keen interest in e-commerce. As an E-commerce Executive Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce operations, from product listings to customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Management:

- Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product information, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock availability.

2. Content Management:

- Help create and manage content for the website, including product descriptions, blog posts, and banners.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing strategy.

3. Customer Service:
Learn to handle customer feedback and work with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Learn to track and analyze key e-commerce metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.

**Qualifications**:
Strong interest in e-commerce and online retail.

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

- Roorkee, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
