**Title**: PROJECT EXECUTIVE***
**Reporting to**: Manager Projects

**Location**: Mumbai - Goregaon-East

IRFT- International Resources for Fairer Trade was established under the Bombay Public Trust Act in

1995. It is a non-profit organization that represents the marginalized, underprivileged sections of the

society, specially the most vulnerable ends of the supply chain
- the producer and the consumer. IRFT

has been working at the intersection of business and development for the last 27 years, giving farmers

and artisans access to mainstream markets, enhancing livelihoods in a sustained and holistic way. While

encouraging corporates to instill social responsibility and transparency into their core values, IRFT

upholds, intervenes and actively engages, with all stakeholders to ensure ‘**Continuous Improvement’**

of a **clean and fair supply chain**.
- Qualification
- Graduate in Agriculture/ Rural Extension/ Social Work. Any graduate

with relevant experience.

- Special Skills Required:

- Excellent Communication and writing skills in English
- Command over Marathi / Gujarati
- Highly self-motivated
- Willing to learn, open to new innovative areas of work.
- Committed to Success.
- 1 to 2 years of minimum experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Management**:

- Communicating with target beneficiaries and building relationships
- Overseeing all project activities and being the main point of contact in the field.
- Supporting the project manager in the development and execution of projects,

deliverables, planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes
- Submitting activity reports and maintaining minutes of the meeting.
- Ensuring the project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor

organization.
- Monitoring project activities and project expenditure and coordinating work with

consultants and volunteers in the project

**2. Training Programmes**:

- Organizing and conducting client specific Training Programmes, timely Development

of Training modules (content) for programmes conducted.
- Developing Training Modules
- Coordinating logistics

**3. Report Writing, Documentation etc.**
- Monthly/ Quarterly Activity Reports to be prepared and submitted.
- Maintain/Update important team and client documents on a regular basis.

**4.** This profile will require extensive travelling to the project locations

**Remuneration: Between Rs.25,000/- to 30,000/- pre taxes
