**About the Company**:
We are a rapidly growing AI startup working on cutting-edge technologies in healthcare, identity management, and e-commerce. Our team thrives on innovation, agility, and collaboration. We’re now hiring a dynamic **IT Project Executive** to support and manage internal and external coordination, vendor interactions, and project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day IT project operations across teams (internal & external)
- Work independently and with teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain and organize project documents using **Google Drive, Google Docs**
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ongoing or new project requirements
- Handle basic client or partner communication related to project execution or timelines
- Support in managing simple IT-related sales or onboarding processes
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams for smooth project flow
- Assist in creating status updates, task follow-ups, and action point trackers

**Eligibility & Skills Required**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in IT back-office, call center, project coordination, or vendor/client communication
- Background in **IT-enabled services**, BPOs, or back-office preferred
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English/Hindi)
- Basic understanding of vendor or sales coordination
- Ability to **work independently** with mínimal supervision
- Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
- Must be comfortable using **Google Docs and Google Drive**

**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience with basic project tools (Sheets, Trackers, etc.)
- Prior work in startups or fast-paced environments
- Interest in learning about AI and tech domains
**Work Details**:

- **Work Type**: Work from Office
- **Location**: Goregaon East, Mumbai
- **Timings**: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Compensation**: Based on experience and fit
