Position 1: Project Head/ Project Manager

Reports to: Founder & Creative Director

Experience: 5-8 years in interior design or project management

Role Overview:

The Studio Manager oversees day-to-day studio operations, ensuring all projects move smoothly from design to execution. They act as the bridge between the creative and execution teams, maintaining timelines, budgets, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate between design, site, and vendor teams.
  • Conduct weekly project review meetings.
  • Track client payments, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee documentation drawings, BOQs, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain NuVibes signature quality and client experience throughout.

Qualities:

Organized, assertive, process-driven, with a refined aesthetic sense.

Position 2: Senior Interior Designer

Reports to: Studio Manager & Creative Director

Experience: 4-6 years in residential/luxury interiors

Role Overview:

Responsible for leading design concepts, developing presentations, and delivering creative solutions aligned with NuVibes design language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client presentations and concept discussions.
  • Develop layouts, mood boards, and design details.
  • Coordinate with 3D visualizers for photorealistic renders.
  • Source materials and finalize selections with vendors.
  • Guide junior designers in drawings and technical detailing.
  • Ensure designs are executable and aligned with budgets.
