Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Head to join our team. As the Site Head, you will be responsible for managing a group of sales teams and sourcing managers, ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes, and overseeing the complete project site office management. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring a group of sales teams and sourcing managers
  • Create and maintain a healthy work environment in the office
  • Approve leaves, attendance delays, comp-offs, reimbursements, etc. for your team
  • Manage and upkeep the project site office
  • Ensure availability of all necessary sales collaterals
  • Set weekly sales targets for the Sales Managers and strategize with them to achieve them
  • Proactively work towards product development and training of the sales team
  • Handle customer queries and escalations for better customer satisfaction
  • Report and check all lead details and correct tagging
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, lost leads, and CRM updates to senior management
  • Take accountability for all leads and ensure they are entered in the system correctly
  • Verify booking details in hard copy as well as CRM
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments, registrations, and disbursements
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to payments or banking
  • Create and manage a network of Channel Partners in coordination with the Sourcing teams
  • Motivate and educate the sales team about the project they are selling
  • Coordinate with the Post Sales Team to troubleshoot issues with OCR, sanction, disbursement, etc.
  • Adhere to any additional roles or responsibilities assigned by senior management

Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and team management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
