We are seeking a highly experienced individual to head sales and marketing for our premium residential real estate project in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, lead Sales & CRM teams, and establish strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for residential projects.
- Lead Sales & CRM teams to achieve targets and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Manage new project launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong networks with HNIs, investors, corporates & channel partners.
- Conduct market research, competition analysis, and business intelligence tracking.
- Oversee post-sales operations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate sales (residential segment).
- Proven track record of driving sales targets and managing large teams.
- Minimum educational qualifications - Graduation. Post Graduation preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
