Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective media mix to reach them.
- Set measurable objectives and KPIs for each campaign.
- **Ad Creation and Management**:

- Design, write, and optimize ad copy for various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual content for ads.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage advertising budgets across different platforms.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and key metrics.
- **Optimization and Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online ad campaigns.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking with an ability to produce engaging and effective ad content.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
