**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Zenerom is seeking talented individuals for the position of Performance Marketer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analysing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Committed to efficient project outcomes, Zenerom is seeking a motivated Performance Marketer. This position is responsible for the effective planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to achieve key business objectives.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Assisting in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and track KPIs to ensure performance accountability.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Implement split testing protocols to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate Performance Reports on Digital Marketing Campaign.
- Efficiently manage Campaign Budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient campaign execution.
- Maintain awareness of current digital marketing practices.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements: -**
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads

Manager.
- Experience with split testing and landing page optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
