**About the Event**: Triveni 3MP is an exciting and high-energy concert that brings together top-tier performances, and we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to help bring this event to life. The concert will take place in Ahmedabad, and this is a one-month contract position to support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the overall planning and execution of the Triveni 3MP concert.
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, and suppliers to ensure all event elements are in place.
- Help manage event logistics including but not limited to venue setup, ticketing, stage management, and guest services.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the concert.
- Assist with the creation of event schedules and help distribute them to relevant teams.
- Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the event.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and external partners to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Provide support during rehearsals, ensuring all needs are met for performers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or planning (preferred).
- Previous experience with live events or concerts is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve on the spot.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for the event.
- A passion for events and music is a bonus
