**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of quality, flavor, and presentation.
- Take ownership of certain sections of the kitchen, including maintaining the setup and breakdown of stations.
- **Menu Execution**:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of the continental menu items, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately to maintain the desired taste and appearance of dishes.
- **Maintain Cleanliness & Organization**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the cooking station and kitchen areas.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and use of food and equipment.
- **Stock Management & Inventory Control**:

- Monitor the stock levels and inform the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef when ingredients need to be replenished.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and organization to reduce wastage.
- **Assist in Menu Development**:

- Work alongside the Chef de Partie and other senior kitchen staff to develop and test new menu items or seasonal offerings.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all dishes are served at the correct temperature, with proper seasoning, and according to presentation standards.
- Correct any issues related to food quality, texture, or appearance before the dishes are sent to guests.
- **Training & Mentoring**:

- Assist in training and guiding Commis and junior kitchen staff as required.
- Promote a team-oriented approach and encourage communication and collaboration within the kitchen team.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring safe handling of kitchen tools, equipment, and ingredients.
- Maintain personal hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen operates in a safe environment for all staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
