**Job Title: Process Coordinator**
- **someone who simply follow up sits on FMS and calls each person to check and update status.**

**Job Summary**:The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing organizational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves coordinating various tasks, collaborating with different departments, and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Analysis**:Analyze existing processes within the organization to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads and team members to gather information on current workflows.

**Coordination and Communication**:Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth handovers and transitions in the workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.

**Documentation**:Create and maintain detailed documentation of existing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and guidelines.
Update documentation to reflect changes in processes and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.

**Continuous Improvement**:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Implement and manage process improvement initiatives, working closely with relevant stakeholders.

**Quality Assurance**:Monitor and evaluate process performance against predefined metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement measures to ensure that processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

**Training and Development**:Provide training to employees on new processes and updated procedures.
Support the development of training materials to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

**Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve issues or bottlenecks in processes, working collaboratively with teams to find effective solutions.
Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

**Technology Integration**:Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance process efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
