Job Summary:

The Process Coordinator will play a critical role in managing and streamlining operational processes within our jewelry manufacturing and retail operations. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of workflow management. The Process Coordinator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Optimization:

• Coordinate and streamline operational workflows across production, quality control, inventory, and sales.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
• Develop and maintain clear, updated process documentation.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and systems.

Communication & Coordination:

• Act as the point of contact between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow alignment.
• Track project timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines.
• Organize and conduct regular review meetings on operational progress.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Support in identifying and resolving product quality issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Monitor quality reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in addressing stock discrepancies or shortages.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track operational data and prepare reports on production performance and efficiency for management.
• Maintain accurate records of process metrics and suggest operational improvements based on data insights.

Cross-functional Support:

• Provide operational support to sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Assist the HR team in coordinating training and skill development programs for operations staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or workflow management (preferably in manufacturing or retail) will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
